The restaurant

The L’eden restaurant boasts gorgeous distinguished and timeless decor. Diners enjoy a selection of savoury dishes carefully put together by our chef Cédric Szajnerman. Having worked at Michelin-star restaurants, he now unleashes his creativity through L’eden’s bold and original menu. Cédric’s experience has allowed him to develop his own style reflecting his passion for French gastronomy. His is a natural cuisine that showcases its true nature.

You can therefore expect to experience the chef’s interpretation of bistronomy through recipes mindful of ingredient origins. The menu includes devilled eggs with truffle, winter garden squash, Axuria lamb shoulder, and the unmissable South-West burger.

To accompany these delicious dishes, there is a premium wine list with great vintages from the Bordeaux region. The subtle combination of tradition and modernity takes you on an incredible culinary journey at lunch and dinner while comfortably installed inside the restaurant or on its green terrace. The bar

The L’eden bar is open from 6:30am to 11pm, and is a place where you can lose yourself in the hustle and bustle of the business area. Throughout the day, enjoy the convivial ambiance over a wide variety of meals from breakfast to late in the evening. Clients staying at the hotel and others can also take advantage of the bar’s takeaway service for a delicious meal during their trip.

Our tasty selection of tapas is inspired by little bites from all over the world, and includes options like tasting platters, cornflake mini chicken fillets and steak tartare.
